Projections indicate that the Hispanic population in the United States will increase by 167 percent between 2010 and 2050, whereas the total U.S. population is only expected to increase by 42 percent over the same period. Looking forward, it is easy to see that the Hispanic market is wide open while other markets will stagnate. Meet Lana Charlton, Director of Client Services - US

Lana leads Listen Up Español’s client services team in the United States and is responsible for assisting clients using the company’s services and products. She contributes to the goal of helping clients increase revenue and guides the U.S. client services team to create a flawless experience for customers. Lana previously worked at the Swedish Trade Council, where she analyzed the export markets to help Swedish companies reach the Ukraine and grow internationally. She also served as an account and sales manager at Academy Research, where she was responsible for client relationships and managed a team of third-party developers. After spending time as part of CIEE’s billing and registration team, Lana joined Listen Up Español in 2009.
