Craig Handley 2011Craig Handley, Founder/CEO

Craig Handley is an entrepreneur, speaker, musician, and philanthropist. As an expert in Hispanic Marketing, Direct Response Marketing, and Sales and Brand expansion, Craig is the CEO and founder of Listen Up Español, which was named #1 in Business Products and Service (#27 overall) on Inc. Magazine’s 500/5000 list. Craig started his professional career as a paperboy and won a contest at the age of 13 to go to Disneyworld for obtaining the most new subscribers. He followed that with 3 years of door-to-door insurance sales, where he won the company’s highest award 8 times. Craig then went on to work in a call center for telephone sales and was one of 3 employees, out of 950, to sell over a million dollars a year in product. A respected advisor for hundreds of brands, products, and services in almost every category, Craig has contributed articles to leading marketing and business publications and has been interviewed by business media outlets. He is also a frequent speaker at conferences, company retreats, seminars, and private masterminds.

Craig believes in “living life like an extreme sport.” As such, he has cage-dived with great white sharks, rappelled down Table Mountain in South Africa, driven the Baja 500 trail in Mexico, and snowmobiled across a live volcano in Iceland. Craig is the 85th civilian to have ever jumped out of a plane from over 32,000 feet; he also dove in the famed Silfra Fissure, which is the only dive site in the world where the dive is in a crack between two continental plates. He's met Ringo Starr and bumped into Paul McCartney before security escorted him back to his table after trying to get a selfie.  In Calgary, he had a scarf blessed while meeting the Dalai Lama, which he has since misplaced.

Craig served five years in the U.S. Army Infantry during the first Iraq war, leaving with an honorable discharge. He studied voice and piano in college and has written and produced hundreds of songs, from rap to pop to ballads to humorous parodies. In 2010, Craig turned down a record deal because it would have been “a pay cut” from his profitable businesses - and the required tour schedule didn’t leave him enough time to spend with his kids. A devoted family man, Craig danced his way into his wife's heart with the "running man" and his practiced rendition of "the worm." He is also the father of five children, with several additional "adopted" children he considers his own. Craig believes that with faith and a little courage, anything is possible.

Tony Ricciardi 2011

Tony Ricciardi,

Tony is an entrepreneur at heart who loves to look for problems, then build out winning solutions and successful companies around them. After cutting his teeth in corporate sales and management with MCI Telecommunications, he has been a driving force in multiple direct response and online ventures over the past decade. Most recently, he oversaw the expansion of Listen Up Español, his hugely successful nearshore Spanish and English call center serving the U.S. Hispanic market – now at 500 seats and 800+ agents.

As President and Founding Partner of Listen Up Español, Tony focuses on new business development and strategic alliances. He plays a similar role for Listen Up Español's sister enterprise, Revenue Enhancement Consultants, a company dedicated to helping merchants, service providers, and affiliates boost sales and revenue, both online and offline.

A longstanding member of the Electronic Retailers Association, Tony holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado. He resides in Maine with his wife and two children, with whom he shares his passions for photography, snowboarding, and mountain- and road-biking.

Randy Anderson 2011Randall Anderson,
Chief Operations Officer

Randall Anderson is the Chief Operations Officer of Listen Up Español. Randall works with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and growth, and also spreads awareness about the growing U.S. Hispanic market to potential new customers.

Randall's extensive call center industry experience includes various markets such as nonprofits, technical support, e-commerce, insurance, consumer goods, telecom, travel, and financial services. With this experience, Randall guides marketing efforts and presents Listen Up Español as a solution for companies eager to reach the Hispanic market.

A dynamic professional with more than 15 years of leadership in operations and account management, Randall gained experience as Vice President at Taction, an outsource provider of premium contact center services. He also helped SITEL for a decade in various operational capacities during the "hyper-growth years."

Randall holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and traveled for a year with Up With People—a global education organization aiming to unite the world through service and music. He currently resides in Maine with his wife and dog, and in his spare time he enjoys golf, classical chorus, basketball, boating, travel—and Wyoming football, of course.

Tom Sheppard,
Vice President of Business Development - Direct Response

Tom Sheppard is a 15-year direct response veteran in new business and client development. Tom helps direct-to-consumer marketers work with Listen Up Español by emphasizing the importance of the Hispanic market. He also services existing direct response clients to ensure they are thoroughly pleased with Listen Up Español’s customer service, reporting, and sales capabilities.

Tom is a well-established and highly respected leader in the direct response industry with a broad and longstanding contact and client network. He was formerly Director of Sales for Direct Response at LiveOps, where he worked with many of the industry’s largest companies and contributed to some of its most successful campaigns. Before joining LiveOps, Sheppard built a very successful career in the fulfillment and distribution logistics industry while servicing some of the direct response industry’s largest marketers.

AndresMartinez1Andres Martinez,
General Manager

Leading call center operations in Hermosillo, Mexico, Andres works with upper management and oversees hundreds of call center agents. He also partners with the executive team in the U.S. to expand Listen Up Español's reach into new verticals. Andres' experience includes many years in both customer service and contact center technology. He previously worked for Banamex and Soctiabank, as well as Prosa Carnet, which he helped become the first call center in Mexico to obtain ISO 9002 certification. After serving as Director of Operations for Teletech, Andres joined Listen Up Español in April 2014.

Senior Director of Client Services 

Heriberto Rosado recently joined Listen Up Español as Senior Director of Client Services. In this role, Rosado will lead the client services team and will partner with the Business Development unit to drive new business initiatives while working closely with operations towards the development of client contract achievements. Heriberto has over 14 years of executive call center leadership experience and a solid understanding of contact center operations, project management and best-in-class sales & service practices. He has led both existing and start-up operations for contact centers in the Dominican Republic and Colombia, with businesses such as Laurus International, Emergia Contact Center and Rainmaker, among others.

Over the last 8 years, Heriberto has focused on developing effective actions to compliment the clients’ customer experience strategies. With his experience in new site launches and project implementations, Rosado has been able to consistently deliver effective customer experience solutions while reducing overall spend. 

Lana CharltonLana Charlton,
Director of Client Services

As Director of Client Services, Lana is responsible for providing continuing support to top clients via the company’s services and products. She contributes to the goal of helping clients increase revenue and guides the U.S. client services team to create a flawless experience for customers. Lana previously worked at the Swedish Trade Council, where she analyzed the export markets to help Swedish companies reach the Ukraine and grow internationally. She also served as an account and sales manager at Academy Research, where she was responsible for client relationships and also managed a team of third-party developers. After being part of CIEE’s billing and registration team, Lana joined Listen Up Español in 2009.
