Craig's unstoppable combination of hard work, a little luck, and lots of creativity has sparked a unique ingenuity and vision that drive the success of both companies he leads: Listen Up Español and its sister enterprise, Revenue Enhancement Consultants (REC).

Listen Up Español is a hugely successful near-shore Spanish-language call center serving the U.S. Hispanic market with 800 Spanish and English-speaking agents. REC offers innovative programs to help DR merchants, service providers and affiliates boost sales and revenues, both online and offline.

Craig's expertise in maximizing the sales process – and LUE's impressive track record of higher conversion rates and average order value than any other Spanish-language call center – was achieved from the ground up, having started his professional career in door-to-door sales and rising through the ranks in several call centers. A respected consultant for hundreds of different products and services in almost every category, he has also contributed articles to Response Magazine, eRetailer and DM News on how to effectively increase revenue and profitability.

Craig served in the U.S. Army, and studied music as a vocal major in college. His passion for music is often displayed as one-half of the infamous "hip-pop" duo, CR Gruve. Craig lives in Maine with his wife and five children.

Tony Ricciardi 2011

Tony Ricciardi,

Tony is an entrepreneur at heart who loves to look for problems, then build out winning solutions and successful companies around them. After cutting his teeth in corporate sales and management with MCI Telecommunications, for the past decade he has been a driving force in multiple DR and online ventures. Most recently, he oversaw the expansion of Listen Up Español, his hugely successful nearshore Spanish and English call center serving the U.S. Hispanic market – now at 500 seats and 800+ agents.

As a founding partner and President of Listen Up Español, Tony focuses on new business development and strategic alliances. He plays a similar role for LUE's sister enterprise, Revenue Enhancement Consultants (REC), a company dedicated to helping merchants, service providers and affiliates boost sales and revenues, both online and offline.

A long-standing member of the Electronic Retailers Association, Tony holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado. He resides in Maine with his wife and two children, with whom he shares his passions for photography, snowboarding, mountain and road biking.

Randy Anderson 2011Randall Anderson,
Chief Operations Officer

Randall Anderson is the Chief Operations Officer of Listen Up Español.  Randall works with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and growth, as well as with potential new customers to spread awareness about the growing U.S. Hispanic market.

His extensive call center industry experience includes various markets including non-profits, technical support, e-commerce, insurance, consumer goods, telecom, travel, and financial services. With this experience, Randall guides marketing efforts, and works with new organizations to find and select Listen Up Español as their next partner reaching the Hispanic market.

A dynamic professional with more than 15 years of leadership in operations and account management, Randall gained experience as Vice President at Taction, an outsource provider of premium contact center services. He has also helped SITEL for ten years in various operational capacities during "the hyper-growth years".

Randall holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and traveled for a year with Up With People—a global education organization aiming to unite the world through service and music. He currently resides in Maine with his wife and dog, and in his spare time he enjoys golf, classical chorus, basketball, boating, travel and Wyoming football, of course.

Tom Sheppard,
Vice President of Business Development - Direct Response

Tom Sheppard is a fifteen year Direct Response veteran in new business and client development. Tom helps Direct to Consumer marketers work with Listen Up Español by emphasizing the importance of the Hispanic market. He also services existing Direct Response clients to ensure they are thoroughly pleased with Listen Up Español’s customer service, reporting and sales capabilities.

Tom is a well established and highly respected leader in the Direct Response industry with a broad and long standing contact and client network. Formerly, he was Director of Sales for Direct Response at LiveOps where he worked with many of the industry’s largest companies and most successful campaigns. Previous to joining LiveOps, Sheppard built a very successful career in the fulfillment and distribution logistics industry while servicing some of the Direct Response industry’s largest marketers.

AndresMartinez1Andres Martinez, General Manager

Leading the call center operations in Hermosillo, Mexico, Andres works with upper management and oversees hundreds of call center agents. Andres partners with the executive team in the U.S. to expand its reach into new verticals. His experience includes many years in both customer service and contact center technology. He previously worked for Banamex, Soctiabank and Prosa Carnet, where he helped the company become the first call center in Mexico to obtain ISO 9002 certification. After serving as the director of operations for Teletech, Andres joined Listen Up Español in April.

Lana Charlton, Director of Client Services

Lana leads the client services team in the US, and is responsible for continuing support to clients via the company’s services and products. She contributes to the company’s goal of helping clients increase revenue and guides the US client services team to create a flawless experience for their clients. Lana previously worked at the Swedish Trade Council, where she analyzed the export markets to help Swedish companies reach Ukraine and grow internationally. She served as an account and sales manager at Academy Research where she was responsible for client relationships and also managed a team of third party developers. After being part of CIEE’s billing and registration team, Lana joined Listen Up Español in 2009.

Juan Daniel Van der Meer, Director of Client Services - Hermosillo

Juan Daniel, or JD for the LUE family, runs the Client Services Department in Hermosillo. JD works directly with the corporate office to make sure the workflow goes as planned and internal and external clients have a great experience working with the call center. Before working at LUE, JD worked in the public sector in Mexico. JD is one of the first employees of the company and since joining us in 2006 he has served as Director of Support Departments, Director of Operations and General Manager.
