Solid experience
After building a successful call center in Maine called Listen-Up and solidifying a national presence in program enhancements we quickly realized that the Hispanic population was not being effectively reached through traditional marketing initiatives.  A more targeted approach was needed which we have successfully streamlined.  We have a number of years optimizing the performance of Direct Response Programs and have earned the reputation as a premier resource.
 

Soft offer approach
Our unique approach maximizes the Hispanic market by focusing on a sales-orientated approach that is critical to bottom line success and capturing long term value. We found that the "soft offer approach" is not actively being implemented to reach the US Hispanic Market and buyers need this type of relationship marketing to some degree.  Our approach is carefully scripted, in some cases this approach is implemented only in the greeting and in other cases throughout the entire script.  Customization is our specialty. This model utilizes the five points of selling, which includes such techniques as
